binance web login will not open: three checks, in order
Two questions arrive together when someone searches this: whether the login page still opens, and whether the domain in the address bar is the right one. Separate them first.
Work out first whether the domain is wrong, the network is blocked, or the page was redesigned - the next step differs for each.

The first search result is a login page, so why not just press it?
Ranking can be bought with ads and optimisation; a domain cannot. On a misspelled query the results near the top hold a higher share of imitation pages, because there is less competition there.
